Individual Therapy

Sometimes life events which are out of our control result in distress which can overwhelm us. Thoughts, feelings, or memories from the past can diminish our quality of life and ability to function or be happy. We can feel isolated, lonely, or helpless. Often, therapy can be the answer. Individual therapy provides one-on-one time with the therapist to help illuminate damaging patterns of thought and behavior. Such therapy can help us understand the reason for our pain. WIth therapy, we can learn how to move forward and be happy and functional again.

Individual Therapy in Our Practice

At Colorado Healing Place our mission is to provide a safe, private place to share concerns and issues. We assist clients in finding a value-based direction toward calm, balance, and peace.  We take an integrated whole-person approach to therapy. A whole-person approach gives the client and the therapist the information needed to determine how best to target the therapeutic approach. Together, we will select the therapies best suited for your personality, issues, preferences, and wishes. We’ll work together to get you through this rough spot in your life and equip you to deal with them in the future.

Individual therapy is just that: client driven. Here at Colorado Healing Place you will be heard, validated, and guided. You will learn tools to take down the road on the new path you choose for yourself, better equipped to handle life’s challenges.
