How Heartmath Coherence Breathing Works

HeartMath Coherence Breathing is a practice which can be learned to assist with calming the nervous system. Breathing guides heart rate and heart rate variability (the changes in heart rate). Heartmath involves paying attention to your breath, where you hold muscle tension, your posture, and other indicators of either stressed or calm states. We can use the Heartmath biofeedback system to get real-time feedback to learn effective methods for calming you can take with you anywhere.  Heartmath can be used with all ages, even the very young.
